That service needs to have your WDS server configured as the last dhcp server in that service list. If your target computers are on a different subnet than your WDS/ProxyDHCP server then you need to configure the dhcp-helper /dhcp-relay service on your subnet router. If everything (servers and pxe booting computers) are on the same subnet then everything should work great. Your main DHCP server will do the same, but with a standard OFFER packet. In this if your WDS service hears a dhcp DISCOVER process it will send out a special OFFER packet. In the default configuration WDS uses a service called ProxyDHCP. Usually not the case, so setting it will cause the client to not pxe boot. You would only do that if your WDS/ProxyDHCP service is running on your dhcp server. There are some instructions on the internet that says to set this value. On your dhcp server make sure that dhcp option 60 is also cleared. First let me say I don't know WDS but I understand the underlying protocols.
